Shipping Requirements

• Up-to-date Coggins and Health Certificates. These must be originals and will be delivered with the horse. Some states will not accept copies.
• 1-2 bales of hay. We do not recommend changing the horse's diet during travel. However, if shipper is unable to provide hay, let us know beforehand and we'll provide hay at an additional cost.
• Please have the horse(s) in a stall or other confined area upon our arrival. Our time table is usually tight and we need to load and unload quickly.
• We will ship one tack trunk per horse if necessary. We can ship additional tack within reason, but please keep in mind that we need room for our equipment as well. Also, if you are shipping a heavy trunk or additional items please have someone available at both locations to assist with loading/unloading.
• The horses should have a leather or nylon halter that fits them and is in good condition.
• Let us know if large trucks/trailers can enter and exit both locations easily.
• Advise us of any health issues or special requirements your horse(s) may have.
• We need a signed contract faxed to us at 859-253-8941.
• Payment is due at pickup or dropoff locations. Sorry, we do not bill our customers until we have hauled at least three times and have a good business relationship together. We accept cash, cashier's checks, and money orders. You may pay for the shipment with a personal check, but it must be mailed in and have enough time to clear our bank.
