• Horse information (quantity, sex, age, breed, special needs, etc.)
• Time frame when you need them shipped
• Shipping requirements (box stall, no other horses on trailer, etc.)

Upon arrival, we will fill out a bill of lading and need a signature from you (or another person you authorize to sign on behalf of the release of your horse(s). We will pick up the health papers and coggins, load the horse, prepare the hay nets, and be on our way!

You will be given our business card with the driver's cell phone number. Should you want to call for any reason, feel free. Otherwise, we will contact you only if we have any issues that will delay the delivery (equipment problems, construction delays, etc.). When the horse reaches the destination, we'll let you know that he/she arrived safely. And that's it. Easy, huh?
